Diet!! Ohhhh, don't you hate the word?? I do!! I've decided to start a new diet and I'm going to use my blog as inspiration and motivation. Each Friday, I will post the previous week's loss, if any. Obviously, I'm not going to post my weight but I'm thinking that if I have to "report" any gain or loss, I'll be a little more inclined to try, you know what I mean?? So, we'll see where we are next Friday . . . . . . and we'll see how long this lasts. I'll let you know when and IF I meet my goal.
BTW, I've posted a pic of my sweet family!!
